Documents to present for registration purpose

1. Resolution Document:A certified copy of the Resolution passed by the attending members in a meeting of the group with the Province Cooperative Officer (PCO).
2. Feasibility study Report:A copy of the feasibility report on how the Society will operate having done a thorough research.
3. Bye laws: bye laws are the rules adopted as constitution of the Cooperative,the cooperative must produce at least four copies of a customized by-laws of the Society.
4. LOI: A well drafted Letter of intent to join and participate in the activities of the society from prospective members.
5. An iron seal and stamp duty Official stamp duty of the cooperative to be tendered after name has been approved that is its availability and approval to continue with the process of registration.
